Taylor Made Inspection Service was started in 2014 and since then has done over 1,000 inspections throughout the state of Arizona. We pride ourselves on customer service, when it comes to scheduling, educating the clients, providing timely report response, and assisting Real Estate Professionals in every way. Patrick Taylor, the owner, and inspector is happy to help with any personalized requests. Patrick has a knack for explaining difficult issues to clients, that do arise more often than not.

Patrick is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, American Society of Home Inspectors – AZ Chapter. As well as local real estate organization, Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors, affiliate members.

Wow, how will we ever use a different inspector in the future? Patrick Taylor is knowledgeable, courteous, detailed and someone that we totally trust. He did an amazing job with our home inspection.

This month (a pretty hot August) I had Patrick from Taylor Made help me with the inspection of my future house. This will be my first time purchasing a house and having him help made me feel much safer in my choice. I asked if I could join him (something not normally done) for the inspection (took roughly three including a pool inspection). I learned a lot, and the report he provided less than a day later has help clarified all that will need to be done. Tons of photos edited with clear indications showing exactly where damage/erosion/a future repair could be needed.

The report was fully detailed with pictures, and came to us quickly, and he cared about all my special questions and addressed them. He spent a lot of time outside in hot July weather over 100°, and was happy to explain issues to us in person. He had recommendations for other types of inspections I asked about, and he was super quick and helpful. He stayed extra long to make sure he got the job done right. I’d definitely use Taylor Made again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection. This deserves more than 5 stars.
