Greg and his son did an amazing job on the home inspection of a property we were buying. They walked me through everything they were seeing and helped me learn about important aspects of the property. They were also able to provide helpful info in general about some of the items we were looking to fix or update. I was extremely impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them.
Gregg Terry and his Son Ben provided a home inspection for the purchase of our new home. In addition to being kind, personable and all around good people, their services and knowledge were top tier. I received a thorough education on the property condition, workings of the home, location of gas shutoff, water shutoff and any and all things we should all know about our properties. Highly recommend Terry’s Home Inspection.
The sellers used their services and I wanted to use them for a re-visit (inspect things that have been fixed/not fixed, add a few things that were found). I believe the inspector who come was the son of the business owner. He walked me through the report and gave some details on the issues. He overall did a good job of explaining why some of the things were marked as an issue. The fix suggested were sometimes a bit wonky.
