We hired this company to do inspections on our new build home. They stopped replying to emails and would not return calls for over a month. This caused major delays. In full disclosure, this was during COVID. However, there was absolutely NO communication from Cody after he was hired. He completely ignored us. We waited for 2 weeks after the shelter in place order was lifted before posting a review. To this day, we still have not heard from him. We went ahead and worked with our bank to hire another inspector.

We used Cody to do an inspection on a home we were purchasing and he was excellent! His inspection was thorough, we received the report immediately and it was detailed and very helpful. Of particular importance to us was the use of thermal imaging to check the insulation and for moisture.

Excellent work! I had this company perform two home inspections after our Buyer used them to inspect the property we were selling. After I saw the detailed items that needed attention in my house, I knew I had to use him for whatever house we bought. After the inspection of the first house we had in escrow, we withdrew from that sale due to the many deferred maintenance outlined in their report. We had them inspect the second house we had in escrow and again truly appreciated the professionalism and thoroughness of the report.
