Andy Rees and his wife Carol have lived in Weatherford Texas since 2002. They moved to Texas in 2000 from Portland Oregon where they were involved in the horse industry and commercial sales and marketing. Both Andy and Carol had active real estate licenses in the state of Oregon. Andy has been the builder contractor on several homes and horse facilities in Oregon for himself and later has done the same in Texas. Andy’s experience with construction goes back to his early years growing up in western Canada.

I highly recommend Andy for your new home buyer's inspection. March 13, 2021 12:24 pm

We called him on a holiday weekend, and he responded immediately to schedule our inspection. He performed a thorough professional inspection and followed up with a phone call and report on the same day. All of our questions were answered, and Andy provided options and remedies to help us make an informed decision. He also scheduled the termite inspection and had it all taken care of for us with the termite inspector. Andy is friendly and easy to talk to, is a subject matter expert, and runs an efficient operation. Thank you, Andy! We will recommend you to every new home buyer we meet.

Andy was awesome. Very courteous, on-time, knowledgeable and left no stone unturned. The Report was put together in a very user friendly and easy to navigate format. Would highly Recommend.

We are so thankful that we chose Andy to do our home inspection for our new home! I called him and he answered immediately and scheduled our inspection promptly. He welcomed us to participate during the inspection in case we had any questions. He spent several hours doing a thorough inspection and spent time going over all of his concerns and provided and extensive report the same evening. We feel confident purchasing our home and enjoyed working with Andy! He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and we would highly recommend him!
