I have been working with Joe for about 9 years. He is my go to inspector. Not only has he always done right by the buyers that hire him, any of the other team members he sends to do the inspection has always performed a great inspection. Finding the items that need to be corrected due to health or safety concerns. But, they also do a great job not over exciting the buyers if something more serious is found. They all have been trained to temper bad news about a property so not to over worry the buyers about the seriousness of the item. Especially 1st Time Buyers who can be skittish to begin with. I trust Joe and his team with all my inspections.
