He has help construct airports, call centers, cable tv systems, satellite facilities, retail stores, homes, barns, and many custom projects.
They missed a major leak behind a wall. Condo was empty and had a smell. Was assured it was just musty. $8000 leak was missed. What a joke.
Worst experience with a home inspector and I have worked with plenty over the past 20 years. The buyers of a property I sold in Mount Vernon used Dan and Micah to inspect our home. When we came back after the inspection we thought someone had broke into our home to be honest. The breaker for the master bedroom was tripped, they unplugged a custom industrial ice maker (not part of the sale or inspection), tampered with a custom removable fireplace (not part of the sale or inspection), other appliances moved around the home (not part of the sale or inspection). Garage door opener started malfunctioning
I started working with him early in my career and he is my #1 pick for a home inspector in NW Washington, hands down. He has caught things that nobody else has caught on their previous inspections (including buried oil tanks!), and if you ask any Realtor in the area, they’ll all agree that he is fantastic. Always on time, professional, and just a genuinely great guy and a God send to those of us in the industry. Cannot recommend him enough!
