The inspection on our soon-to-be new home by Scott Steffens of the The Carpenter’s Son Inspections was professional, comprehensive and candid. The written report left out nothing. The written report did not tell us what we wanted to hear, it told us about all the issues found, good and bad. This helped us immensely in discussing these issues with the sellers who were very gracious in correcting and repairing faults within the house.
