This step is an effort to give sellers and buyers the confidence that our inspections will maintain clean environments. Brad and his team are the real deal. As first-time home buyers, we initially shopped around a bit, and Brad was by far the most personable, engaging and attentive inspector we spoke to, all before he even took us on as clients. Then upon working with him, his team’s professionalism and thoroughness exceeded already high expectations. During the inspection, Brad took the time to explain many upkeep processes, which was invaluable to newbies like ourselves. It is clear from his knowledge and experience that he has razor sharp insight into all the systems at work in a home, yet can explain everything to the lay person so simply and eloquently. Having an electronic copy of his report has been incredibly helpful for purposes of maintenance, repairs, and even trips to the hardware store. Brad makes himself available for consult after the inspection, which seems hard to come by in the industry. A relative who is a contractor was very impressed with his report.

our roof was never done properly and we need a new roof! September 16, 2020 8:14 am

BE CAREFUL!!! We had an inspection done in March & was told by Brad that our roof was fine and had about 15 years left. 6 months later, we find out that our roof has soft spots and are being told by multiple different companies that our roof was never done properly and we need a new roof! **IN RESPONSE TO WHAT THE CERTIFIED HOME WROTE: My husband did call Brad twice… never got a return phone call so we just gave up!!
