My husband and I are beyond impressed with the service Michael provided for us. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The report was organized, detailed and even included a seasonal checklist for us to keep up with! Our package included thermal images which was a added piece of mind. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

We had our home inspection completed earlier today, everything about working with this company was a positive experience from setting up the appointment to going over report. They returned phone calls quickly and were very responsive via email. As first time home buyers we had been pretty stressed about the inspection but meeting with them at the conclusion and going over the report definitely put us at ease. We worked with Michael, he was very professional and thorough, he went over the entire report with us in detail and answered any questions we had. They printed the report on site with colored photos included and provided a binder with other resources as well. We would definitely use The Christion House team again and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a home inspection.

Detailed full home inspection with full explanations and pictures. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. My inspector Landon Carrier was great. They did such a good job for my daughter last year, I knew they were the best choice for me. I was right. Thank you.
