The Hawkeye Companies – Hawkeye Home Inspections

A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision.

Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, usually between an hour and a half and three hours. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the inspection so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.

I’ve used Hawkeye Home Inspections twice now for my VA Loans and refer my friends and family. The staff at Hawkeye is professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. Its nice to know with all the stress and running around required in the mortgage process that the team at Hawkeye ensures you don’t have to worry about your inspection. They deliver thorough and comprehensive reports and are quick to respond to any requests. Thanks Hawkeye for all the help over the years

I put in an offer on Friday 9.4.20 and it was accepted. My buyer’s agent setup the Home Inspection with Chris Gregoire Sunday 9.6.20 @ 9am. Chris was on time, very knowledgeable, and came with a great sense of humor. He walked me through everything and I received the report that evening. It was as detailed as the inspection itself. I would use Hawkeye Home Inspections in a heartbeat! No stress at all, it was actually FUN!

Peter and Ed at Hawkeye Home Inspections were wonderful. Going above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were looking for, what they were finding, and why it mattered made a huge difference to our confidence level in purchasing our home. The little extras to make it feel like they were part of our team and not just there for a job made a big difference – water and snacks, a little framed picture of the house for us to keep and treating us both equally during the home inspection. The report was thorough and well documented and the process to hire, pay, and get the inspection done was simple and fast.
