My husband and I decided after many years our pre-lit Christmas tree needed to be retired. We went tree shopping and found a great tree. It looks and feels like the real deal.
I regularly use the Waterville Home Depot store for my building materials. The staff are amazing to deal with and the store is always clean and tidy. The selection of lumber is quite good but beware of the dreaded banana wood (pre-bent lumber LOL) They always have great deals running on pellets or mulch and the guys will load my truck saving my poor old back. The only negatives i have found are the in stock kitchen cabinets (around 40% are damaged) and the website which can be amazingly slow with a search engine that is very inaccurate. I have tried other local HD store in Augusta, Bangor and Topsham. But the Waterville store IMHO is the best.
I cannot slam Home Depot too hard when they messed up my delivery, then I picked it up from the store and returned home to find someone’s else’s delivery on a pallet blocking my garage door. As frustrating as this was, everyone I spoke to at Home Depot in Maple Grove gave me great customer service – let’s be honest – it is hard to find good customer service these days. Bobby was incredible to work with. He was kind, patient and very honest. I greatly appreciated his integrity and help today
Uh… It’s Home Depot, what do you expect? You take the heart, experience and dedication out of the hardware store and this is what you get. It’s a massive chain store. Often, it has what you need. Sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the staff have no idea what most of it’s for anyway… But hopefully they know what isle it’s on.
Aisles were full of boxes and carts of product not on the shelf. Was hard to get around the store. Very nice check out staff
It was fresher than the flowers in other stores.😊
