I attended the HIA 7 months ago. 200 inspections later, I feel that this was one of the smartest choices that I have made in the last few years. Jon is one of the most respected Inspectors in the business. If you want to learn, then this is the place to be. You will not be disappointed.
A great place to start if your experienced or not experienced for a Home Inspection Career. From a 24 year experienced residential/commercial builder eyes. I watched a person with zero construction experience tie with me for top score on the State Certification Exam in the Class. The Class is designed for your Success at all experience levels without a doubt.

Attendees can take the approved FABI exam instead of the National HI Exam plus you get a 1 year free membership to FABI, wind mit and 4 Point training and field trip inspections.
