The time that I contacted them to when they came out to conduct the inspection was very short. They were able to conduct a very thorough review of the building and inform me of all the issues. I would use them again.

Pretty great! I can’t really say anything negative at all about the experience. I’ve been renting on old house, and I am going to purchase it from my landlord. I called The Home Inspection Guru on Monday to schedule an inspection. The office manager was really nice and very competent. She scheduled me for an inspection a few days later on Thursday at 1:00pm, which was really good! Kerry came to my house at exactly 1:00pm on the dot! He did a thorough inspection of the whole house for about 2-3 hours. He gave me a lot of information about what needs to be repaired in the house while he was here. Then, THE NEXT DAY, not even 24 hours later I received a great PDF report. It had great color photos, it was organized really well, and it was really thorough. It had tons of really useful information about what I really need to get repaired in the house before I start renovating it. It was a excellent inspection report, I can’t believe I received it so fast. Kerry is like a magician!! He also explained which type of specialist I would need in order to fix the problems, and they offer a warranty service, which I will look into soon. Highly recommend!

I was unable to use this business as of now due to the house contract March 3, 2021 6:08 am

I was unable to use this business as of now due to the house contract being terminated by the seller at the last minute . But ….. I did schedule an appointment with them and had to change it multiple times due to a difficulty in coming to agreement on times and dates with the seller and her agent . And every time I called to change things the guru accommodated my needs with no problems what so ever . Samantha was extremely helpful and kind and did not ever make me feel as if I was bothering her with all of my changes and calling . I also spoke to Kerri to which he seemed to have my (the buyer) best interest at hand . If I find another home in the vicinity that they travel to I will definitely definitely definitely call them back and use them as my inspector and also they offer a sewer line inspection too which is something I was interested in getting and a lot of other places did not offer . So thankyou Samantha and Kerri for everything so far .
