TK and David are very thorough during the inspection. They found several areas of concern that could have potential cost us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them.
Multiple things were overlooked that were pretty important. Air conditioner is basically hotwired, and not working at all, and about 70% of the outlets in the house did not work. We also have a considerable leakage in plumbing. I unfortunately cannot recommend, and our plumber and electrician both commented that they have helped multiple customers with the same testimony.
Top notch team. Arrived early, extremely thorough, as well as being very informative on not only inspection concerns, but also just tips on improvements that could be made to ensure a healthy home.
