First, we educate our clients about their homes and provide lifetime customer service. We’ve had customers call up to 5 years after their inspection. We visited their homes and answered all their questions free of charge. We were able to do this because we keep all reports and related photos indefinitely.
Second, our top inspector has 20 years of experience and holds the accredited designation ACI, ASHI Certified Inspector. She provides training and guidance for our junior inspectors and conducts specialty inspections.

We hired Donna for a home inspection which took place on February 20th, 2021. We insisted ahead of time that we would be wearing masks, and the sellers also requested that all individuals wear
We occasionally buy or sell investment property across the state and was considering this business for inspection services. My research found that the owner is very dismissive of basic client safety during the pandemic. Such disregard for the safety of clients makes me question whether safety concerns in the home would be identified during inspection. There are plenty of businesses performing this service and I will be selecting one more respectful of client requests.
