Our home inspection was about 3 hours over-long and clearly missed items. However, the things they did spot were invaluable to our transaction. I’d use them again, but have open eyes when it comes to expectations of time management and things they can potentially miss (like a 2nd water heater or a failing fence).
After my first experience with Home Inspectors, they are my “go to” company whenever I need a home inspector. Inspector David provided a great service the first time and I asked for him the second time when I needed a home inspection for my new house. HIs inspection reports are well written and succinct, and he provided good pictures to show the deficiencies, making everything easy to understand.
I’ve heard stories of inspectors coming in, walking us through the property explaining what to look for, what to stay away from, how things work & educate on how to take care of many aspects in a home. For a first time home buyer, these are very vital. However, the inspector we got certainly did his job well but then stayed within the realm of his duties.
I initially called Mr. Eric, and he was very detailed oriented and described everything that he would do, before going out to inspect the home. He confirmed the appointment the night before, and even that morning. He provided a e-contract. And the Inspection Report was ready for me by 7:30am the next morning. The report was self explanatory, easy to understand, very detailed, and thorough, explained with descriptions, and pictures. Very professional, and I am Very Satisfied with the services rendered.
Eric responded to me very fast and was able to get the inspection done within a week! Very fairly priced and overall great service. Highly recommend!
