This service is a detailed, whole home inspection which includes a free termite inspection. This whole home inspection includes but is not limited to: roof, attic, exterior, windows, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, crawlspace, etc.
We at The House Doctors think this is a great idea. Doing so can potentially prevent a lot of headaches once a home is under contract! Keep in mind that if the buyer chooses to have their own inspection, no two inspections are exactly the same.

The House Doctors does thorough work and is ALWAYS professional and quick to respond to any questions (even on the weekends!) Reports are received the same day as the inspection and they are willing to travel which is super helpful for houses not in the immediate Nixa area. They even give a military discount which is super appreciated!!!
My experience with Mike and The House Doctors was outstanding. He caught several things that as a first time home buyer, I didn’t even know to look for that definitely needed fixing! Mike was very professional and provided a detailed report that was delivered the same day.
Mike is the most professional house inspector we have ever used. He not only does a great job, but he always seemed willing to answer any question and even suggested the best way to repair several issues!! I will never use anyone else. He even does radon testing which helped us feel safe in our home!
