I have used Nick for two inspections now, and he has done an amazing job each time. First inspection was a rental property I was purchasing, and I was in shock with the amount of detail Nick noticed. The report was easy to follow and included loads of information. He walked through the property with me and pointed out things I would have never noticed. The second inspection I used him for was one the basement of my residence that was moist. On time again, professional, accurate, and detailed. I have purchased and sold a few properties, and have used other inspectors before Nick. From now on, I will always call Nick. I have referred him to two other friends who have purchased homes, and they have said the same thing. Purchasing a home is an extremely large investment, and when I call Nick or refer Nick to someone close, I know and trust that he will do the best job! Thanks again for all of your help!

Plain and simple, Nick was excellent at performing a home inspection. May 31, 2021 12:55 pm

As a first time home-buyer, it was reassuring that he was very accommodating, provided educational materials, and provided in person expertise on general home upkeep. He also was extremely thorough on the home inspection, which helped me decide that I should not be pursuing the home I had originally had an offer for. Definitely saved me a lifetime’s worth of remorse, anger, and debt on a home that had too many issues that could’ve been missed by other inspectors. Thanks, Nick! Will be using him again for future home inspections and highly recommend all do the same.

Nick was punctual for our scheduled appointment time (early in fact) which was nice. He was very thorough and took time to explain any questions my wife and I had. The report after the inspection was also quite detailed and included plenty of pictures for our reference. Couldn’t recommend a better home inspector!
