The Mold Girl ????????️‍♀️

Liz is so awesome, she actually makes you interested in mold and after she assesses your issue, you understand what is happening which makes mold much less scary. She is super knowledgeable, honest, and thorough and her reports are incredibly detailed. She is there to support you, the homeowner, and keep everyone safe with a focus on both immediate remedy and future prevention. I recommend the Mold Girl, hands down, for any mold monster you might be up against.

Her report to our landlord did not include the areas that we were most concerned about in our apartment. Felt that it was misleading.

Liz came to my summer home in Charleston to perform a mold inspection due to humidity issues in our home. She explained her process in great detail when I first called her, and when she arrived, she wore protective gear to make sure we were all safe due to COVID-19. Her inspection was very detailed, and I never thought she would inspect my attic and crawl space as part of her assessment. She helped us find the mold growth cause, which was our AC but found two areas where we had small active leaks and water damage. Liz was a pleasure to have in my home and me and my husband are happy to have had her help us deal with our mold problem.
