Jeff the owner was great in explaining my options and they offer simple explanations for first time home buyers. Brian the inspector was great, the attention to detail during his inspection and report was great. He was also able to explain what he was actually looking for and what he found at the end of the inspection. I work recommend them to anyone and if ever I go after another home I know who to call.

This is my first time buying a home. I cannot tell you, how happy I am, I had The Property Inspection Pros conduct my inspection. Jeff Duncan did an amazing job! Jeff’s professionalism and attention to detail in his report is exactly what I would expect. Jeff was on time, very thorough, and explained issues with the home. I will 100% be using them in the future.
