He was on time actually the first one there and he was very meticulous in his report. The report was very detailed and very easy to read. Matthew did go over the report a little bit before he submitted it while we were at the property which I thought was great so that I had a better understanding of what I was looking at when the final report was submitted. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend I would definitely use the company again if I needed. Thank you

Worked us into their schedule this past week on a short timeline since we were in from out of town. Did a great job walking us through all the myriad changes in building codes, explaining their findings and sharing their professional opinions on the property. Made more complicated elements easy to understand. Very happy with their service and candor!
