Williams has been with the team since 2015. He has really enjoyed being a home inspector and has met a lot of great people along the way. William earned his ACI (ASHI Certified Inspector) accreditation shortly after joining theteam and have received multiple training accreditations and certifications including the American Home Inspectors Institute (AHIT).

Lori is the Office Manager for the team since 2016. Lori has an extensive background in customer service, office administration and real estate. Prior to starting a family, Lori was a licensed Real Estate agent in the Denver area – lending a great perspective to the team! She enjoys working with clients to ensure their satisfaction from the first call to the final report. Lori is here to answer any questions you may have.

Tom, Bill, and all of their inspectors are experts at what they do, and we would recommend them over and over again. The team does a terrific job giving you a full picture on the current state of the home, and does any even better job helping you understand their findings. They are also very consistent with their high-level of service!!

Tom recently completed a full inspection, to include sewer scope, radon inspection, and IR scanning for moisture. All I can say is, THANK YOU! Tom dug deep, and gave me an extremely thorough inspection of the property I wanted to buy. I received a video of the sewer scope. I received pictures and very in depth explanations for everything that he seen. The attention to detail in this inspection blew me away, and that says a lot for me. I am a network Administrator, little details are make or break in my line of work. The inspection saved me from buying a home with THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs. I really appreciate the fact that he checked into all of the permits for the upgrades done to the home. You can tell he goes the extra mile, and takes pride in his work.

He took his time to answer all of our questions and walked through the entire inspection report in a lot of detail. Working with the Tom Recke Team was a great experience – they were very responsive and were able to move a few things around for us in order to fit us in on short notice to meet our inspection deadline. Would recommend!
