Mike did an amazing job with the inspection of the home we are purchasing. He was very thorough and was a pleasure to work with. Upon completion of the inspection, he took ample time to explain the deficiencies he found so that I could understand the impact of each. I found it refreshing that there was no sugar coating over the issues. It allowed me to plan out the make a plan for those that need to be addressed. I would definitely recommend Mike and his company to other potential homebuyers.

Jeff did a fantastic and thorough inspection of our new construction house! He was punctual and gave us an update as to what he was doing where. He did outside, inside, from top in the attic to bottom in the crawlspace. At the end of his inspection he showed us all of the photos and walked us through his findings and was extremely patient with our questions. He was personable and polite. We received the report later that evening and much earlier than the next day noon guarantee! We highly recommend Jeff and Sterling for house inspections! Thank you!!

My experience with Sterling Inspections was great! I used their services for a recent home inspection. They were extremely professional. Both inspectors had masks and maintained their distance, and were friendly in conversation. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated the great care and detail they provided to me regarding the inspection. I walked out feeling more knowledgeable and informed about the home I wanted to purchase.
