Following are some of the systems and components (“items”) that are inspected and reported during the course of our inspection.
These items are examined for material defects that would significantly affect the functionality, desirability, or safety of the home.

1. Foundations and underfloor areas – including, but not limited to, foundations and support components, ventilation,
insulation, access openings, wood separation from soil, drainage and sump pumps.

2. Building exteriors – including, but not limited to, surface grade, hardscaping, site drainage, wall coverings, doors and windows,
Attached appurtenances (decks, balconies, porches, stairs, railings and walkways, etc.)

3. Roof coverings – including, but not limited to, roof coverings, flashings, vents, skylights, roof penetrations, roof drainage.

Ricky did everything he said he would and promptly. He educated me about the items he found that needed attention/repairing/replacing after his inspection and was very courteous and professional. I would definitely call Ricky again!

Ricky was very thorough and most importantly took the time to explain his findings in detail. He offered pointers and advice for future upkeep within his report which was really valuable. I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family in the future.

Ricky did an awesome job identifying certain things that needed to be fixed prior to the purchase of our new home. He was very receptive to our demands on the inspection. Very nice and personable. I would recommend Ricky for all your inspection needs.
