This was the best home inspection experience I’ve ever had. Pete was AMAZING! He was very thorough and took the time to show me all the issues and explained everything in laymen’s terms and answered all my questions. He also showed me where all the shut offs were and how to keep me safe. He even talked about the energy savings for replacement of certain things and if it would actually save me a significant amount of money in the end. His report was is my email in less then 24hrs! I honestly cannot recommend him enough! I told all my friends and family if they knew anyone buying a house they should use Pete.

It doesn’t get any better than Pete. He’s great at what he does. Was in time, Thoroughly goes through every details of your house, gave me great suggestions. But just goes above and beyond the call of duty. I’ll be confidently referring him to each and everyone that I know looking to buy houses. You can tell he loves what he does and he’s great at it.
