He was very thorough in his inspection and provided many photos and an in depth report of everything he found. One thing I found especially impressive (and cool!) was the use of a thermal imaging camera for inspecting things like plumbing and appliances. I really appreciate a company and service taking advantage of modern techniques and technologies to help me as a consumer.
