I came in and took some pictures but did not get an estimate. A week later, I sent a text follow-up. Two days later, they replied; they promised to do so. I finally received a reply with an apology for the delay. Due to the delay, we had to contract another company.

Tom has to be one of the most genuine and knowledgeable home inspectors I have met. He was more than just a home inspector, he was like a mentor and educated us throughout the whole inspection process. He gave us helpful tips and hints on how to do things the right way and be protected from the seller. I would highly recommend him because of his work and ethics. He takes his time and does his due diligence before writing up the inspection report.
