I will inspect all the little things most people overlook. The basic inspection includes exterior siding, windows, gutter, roof, driveways and sidewalks. Interior; walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sinks, toilets, appliances, furnace and AC function test, electrical function test. And you’ll receive a professional report within 2 days after the on-site inspection is completed.

As a first time home buyer I knew little to nothing about what make a solid home to purchase. Thankfully Thompson Home Inspection knows their stuff! Paul was the nicest guy and walked me through the entire house showing me the positive features of the home and the flaws. He made recommendations on repairs I could make to keep the house in good shape for the long run (ex: he pointed out 3 areas to seal to keep insects and water out of the house). He also provided a full written report with color photos of all areas of concern. I will recommend him to all my friends who are thinking of buying. This made a nervous first time buyer feel at ease.
I recently bought a house and used Paul Thompson for the inspection. He did a wonderful job. He was very thorough, responsible, honest, and friendly. His expertise/knowledge of inspection was impressive. I would definitely ask for him for future inspections.
