I found Kelvin’s price to be reasonable and I appreciated the additional discount. Kelvin communicated with me prior to the scheduled inspection, he confirmed our appointment the day of the inspection and was on time. Kelvin is very knowledgeable, professional, and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. His inspection report was clear and included photos which I was able to review the same evening.

I’d recommend Three Keys to anyone in need of quality home inspection services. Kelvin was on time, very professional, and totally thorough. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision to proceed with buying our first home. Home buying is stressful, expensive, and a major decision. Kelvin was patient with our many questions and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand and gave us the full perspective of each issue, big and small. He took his time and made sure nothing went unnoticed. When he saw something that needed to be addressed, he called us over right away and made us aware of the problem. Kelvin put us at ease very quickly when he was pointing things out I would have never seen on my own. He did the inspection on a Saturday and we had a full report to give to our sellers agent the same day.
