As a first time home buyer, finding the right inspector was nerve wracking, however Cody did the inspection today and was phenomenal! Efficient, honest, thorough and kept communication with any questions I had! And gave honest advice. Will DEFINITELY use him again, no question, if I ever need another inspection completed!
