Were purchasing a home we wanted enspected, Our realtor recommended them. VERY thorough NO rush VERY nice WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Our home inspector was prompt, seemed very knowledgeable, and helpful. He spoke to me in terms which I could understand. Then it happened about 50 days after we move in, I go to rip down bubbly wallpaper only to find a termite infestation. I of course contact the home inspector wondering how he could have missed this. He came to my home saw the wall and apologized for missing it. Then he informs me there is nothing he can do. While dealing with the termites we find a board falling in my attic, which in return has made a leaky roof, not to mention another water leak in our utility room, which in return ruined our floors. Future customers be careful, and I would recommend a second opinion. In regards to your email TJ, No I do not want you to establish me a GoFundMe page.
He was very thorough and knowledgeable. When there were things I didn’t understand (first time home buyer), he was able to explain it to me in a way I would. His reports at the end go over every aspect of the home. Very happy with the decision I made to go through Tolley for my home inspection! Thank you so much!!
