He thoroughly reviewed every aspect of the home and gave us a detailed report on the issues present along with their severity and methods to correct. This is the definitely the best value for a report of this nature and he even offers a veteran’s discount. I would recommend to anyone who needs a home inspection!

I cannot recommend Tom enough. Amidst the current pandemic, he encourages you to be at the home inspection which was something I was personally looking for in the inspection. Tom was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and very friendly. I asked a lot of questions during the inspection and he never once became irritated. He actually encouraged showing you any possible issues that he sees or could arise. He even recommended other inspectors that I still needed to get scheduled. I will definitely be using his services again.

He was very knowledgeable about every facet of our home. He thoroughly investigated everything from the roof to sub floor areas, HVAC, electrical panel and general condition of all aspects of our home. He was very open to questions from a new homeowner as well and very helpful in explaining things we might need to watch out for. He was very competitively priced as well. Very satisfied with Tom’s services!
