Top Dog Home Inspections

Jerry did an inspection for me in December and the great service I received prompted me to do a review for him on Yelp. He sent me an email and asked if I would be willing to do a review for him on google so here is my answer. YOU BETCHA! Jerry from Top Dog was referred to me by a friend and I was glad I called. I was completely stressed from dealing with the move, financing, agents, timelines and on and on. The inspection was not one of those stressers. He was easy to work with and his attention to detail helped me in escrow. As a matter of fact, he was so good my Agent is still using him! I used Top Dog Certified Home Inspections to inspect the 4th house I have bought in my lifetime. The other inspectors I used were fine, but I have to say that out of all them, Jerry is the BEST.
