With Top Line, each system and component of your new home will be thoroughly inspected and reported on its own merits in clear, accurate language with recommendations to make and keep your home safe and sound. The way we do this is through adherence to a professional standard of practice, required of all members of the American Society of Home Inspectors. You’ll learn about items of significant and immediate concern, which will be useful in negotiating the terms of closing, but also those related to typical repairs and maintenance of which you’ll need to be aware in the first year or two of owning your new home.

We used Top Line for a pre-closing home inspection, inclusive of a termite and radon inspection. Payment was easy and taken care of after the inspection was done, using an online payment platform. Sherman was our inspector, and he was very thorough when taking us through his findings. He provided us with not only everything in the report, but also gave his experienced opinion when we asked. He was quick to send us the report that evening, and he made himself available afterwards to discuss any questions we may have. Would definitely recommend Sherman & Top Line for anyone needing to schedule a home inspection.

Sherman was recommended to me by a colleague of mine who is a Realtor and has used him in the past. I’m so happy with the outcome. Sherman was amazing, and made my very first home inspection ever feel like a breeze. He was detailed, thorough, and extremely good at communicating with me as we made our way through the inspection. If you want a personable home inspector who welcomes you trailing him through the inspection, Sherman is a great choice.

I used Top Line Home Inspection before buying a new house, Actually I used this company twice because the guys is very professional, on the time, well equipped and very well knowledgeable. Answered all the questions I asked and gave me appropriate suggestions and resources. His way of inspection is very thorough and detail oriented.The day he performs inspection by night you will have detailed report in your mailbox. I was satisfied with his work that was the reason I hired him second time and he gave a pretty good discount for returning customer. I give him 5-star rating and will highly recommend him to everyone especially my family and friends
