Within 5 minutes of meeting Steve, I knew that he was the right choice. He was professional and took the time to explain his findings as we walked along. Steve also taught us some safety protocols. It took a few days to get the report but I didn’t mind because it was very thorough. He likes to do a bit of research to make sure he’s giving the best recommendations on any problems he finds.
