Top to Bottom was fantastic! Jim was on time and extremely thorough with his inspection. Along the way he was very helpful and answering an questions we had. He really was a pleasure to work with and had our best interest which made us feel at ease during the inspection process. I would recommend Jim 100%
I bought a home in June and the inspector missed a leaky AC which stained my bedroom ceiling the day after I moved in and worst of all he missed a garage roof that is collapsing near the chimney. Getting them to take responsibility has been an exercise in futility since its going to cost thousands of dollars to correct properly.
Had an excellent experience with Top to Bottom! Our inspector, Aaron, arrived timely and got right to work. He was professional and informative. He answered all questions we had. I added a termite inspection after originally scheduling the inspection and the staff at Top to Bottom added the service which was very helpful. The inspection was thorough and we wrapped up late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to have received the full inspection report that evening! I will definitely use Top to Bottom for my next home inspection.
