Woodie Wallace put together an excellent inspection report for a rental property. I’ve used 8 different inspection companies in the last 8 years, but Top2Bottom was the most detailed and precise I’ve seen so far. Highly recommended!
Getting it inspected is so very important before you make your biggest investment. Woodie was very thorough. Listed the MOST IMPORTANT problems so we could see what we could do or have someone to come in and fix. The report was 35 pages with photos of everything that needed to be done.
