These inspectors walk the line beautifully between suggesting reasonable problems and requests and not making new first time buyers FREAK OUT and also not completely insulting home sellers. At the same time, they are committed to making sure a buyer is purchasing a safe, structurally and environmentally sound property — and if not, they give recommendations on how to repair it! It’s a delicate balance and they do it so well. I have no need for drama and alarmist inspection reports and I love this squad. I highly recommend.

My husband and I used THIS to conduct an inspection of our first home – an older colonial that we purchased in Bergen County, New Jersey. The inspection included a full review of the interior systems, sewer, line scope and oil tank sweep. Nigel and his team were outstanding – all three inspectors were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. Each inspector walked us through the details of the inspection while they were on site. The reports that each issued were easy to read and fully comprehensive. I would definitely recommend THIS for your home inspection. Adam was amazing at explaining all of the different things I would have to fix when I purchased a property. His advice was really clear and professional. Then, he put it all in a really comprehensive report, with pictures of each area which has been a great help. The report turned around super fast. He was also really good at explaining things that were a ‘nice to be’ fixed and priorities. On top of that he was so friendly, polite and respectful. Will definitely contract with them again if I need to.
