As a consumer and homebuyer you have the right to know exactly what a Total Home Inspection is. The information presented here is intended to give you a better understanding and guideline of exactly what your Total Home Inspector will and will not do for you during the course of an inspection.
We first used Bill 4 years ago when we bought our first place and still use the tips he gave us for heating/cooling efficiencies! This is the second time I worked with Bill from Total Home Inspection and if/when there is a third occasion, I will use him again. I arrived 10 minutes early and he was already there and ready to go. What I like most about Bill is that he not only tells you what he is doing, but teaches you what to look for. If something is wrong, he explains it and tells how things should be done (he is incredible thorough). This was incredibly helpful since my wife and I are not in the construction business. The appointment was easy to schedule and we received the full report that night. Thanks again Bill and team!
Bill was incredibly thorough and patient, answering every question and analyzing all aspects of the house. From crawling into a 120 degree attic to requesting an expert to analyze tiny specs on the outside of the house, . Highly recommend!
Bill was a great inspector who has a ton of knowledge that he shared during and even after the inspection when we followed up with questions. Bill was more than happy to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations on the best way to proceed. The report he prepared was extremely detailed. It also included great recommendations on continued maintenance for the home post close. Melissa in his office was also great to work with. Both are very responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help you navigate the inspection process.
