Dan was very knowledgeable and thorough! He performed an inspection for a home that I was looking to purchase. I’d viewed the house several times and still managed to overlook issues that would have ended up costing me a fortune later on. Dan does an amazing job and his pricing is very reasonable and very much worth it!

I was thinking of buying a house then John Reed came and inspected the entire house.He is a gentleman,nice explanation and much more.I recommend him for every home inspection.

We had John Reed come out for an inspection of a house we were planning to buy. He was thorough and professional all the way through. He went over everything with us before leaving the property, then sent the report later that day, which was very detailed and informative. We definitely recommend Total House Inspection!
