This was my first inspection with Town Home and I was very impress with their attention to details and have taken sufficient time inspecting the house at 6860 NE Alameda Street, Portland, OR 97213. The oral review and the written report and excellent photographs of the infractions and evidence of fungal rot and electric problems convince me that the house require much more work than I anticipated work. And there was an indications that the roof needed repair and there were many potential safety hazards that I was unaware of and needed to be repair or future follow up for repairs.. If I get another chance to buy a home in Portland I will tell my realtor a referral to Town Home.
