Chris did a wonderful job with our pre-purchase home inspection. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. My husband is in the architecture profession and knows about building construction and energy efficiency and was able to ask Chris about more complex concepts that he was able to answer in a breeze. He made sure we understood everything in the report and provided pictures of any issues that he found. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!
