Todd at Trademark Inspections came highly recommended by our real estate agent for his professionalism and thorough inspections of homes so we chose to hire him for a house that we were under contract to purchase in the town of Fairmont, WV. He was always very responsive and accommodating to our schedule and I was extremely impressed with the degree of detail that he went into as he was evaluating the home and sharing his preliminary findings with us during the walk-through. While I don’t have any plans to purchase another home in the near future, I would highly and unreservedly recommend Trademark Inspections for a home buyer that wants to make sure the home they want is safe and will serve them well for years to come.

Mr. Mill’s inspection reports have been invaluable to me as a first-time homebuyer lacking construction experience. I have utilized the inspection services of Trademark Inspections twice in the last 4 months. Mr. Mills is professional and respectful in all aspects of arranging and conducting home inspections. I observed Mr. Mills wearing protective foot covers inside an occupied home to prevent tracking of mud and dirt after inspecting outside areas. He maintains appropriate social distancing and masking when he performs inspections and is respectful to all parties involved. He is able to provide “no-contact” on-line payment for services, which is practical and convenient.

Todd at Trademark Inspections performed a thorough inspection of the older home I am purchasing and was fair in his assessment of the condition of the home and the items he recommended to be repaired by the seller. His report is professional and complete. I would recommend his services to any homebuyer.
