We are first time home buyers and he gave us a lot of suggestions on how to preserve the home. He explained things to us in a way that we could understand. He took photos and videos to include in our report so we better understand what the report means. The company offers a lot of warranty covering appliance recalls, sewer, mold and more. We left feeling confident that the house we were buying was a solid purchase.
He did a very thorough job on the inspection for our new home. His knowledge and expertise put our minds at ease with any questions that we had. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
