I ordered an inspection on a home my husband and I are interested in buying. I showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled start time and LeRoy was already at work on the inspection. He was very thorough and answered every question I had throughout the inspection. He got the report with his findings back to me within 8 hours of completing the inspection. We are very happy with his service and will be using him again if/when needed.

LeRoy was great to work with! He was very accommodating when trying to schedule which was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain things during the inspection, and point out all of the good and bad things so you knew what to expect in the written report. I would highly recommend him!!

LeRoy performed an inspection for us on a remodeled 1872 single family home we hope to purchase. He was prompt with scheduling, on time, and extremely thorough. He explained everything in detail while we went through the home and made sure we understood what any issues were, what needed to be done, and what could possibly wait to be repaired. I really liked how he pointed out the potential cost of repairs and some easy projects we could do ourselves to save money. This was our second time using LeRoy for our inspection and we will certainly use him again.
