Trimmer Home Inspection conducted a water test as well as checking the septic. I spoke with Wendy through the process and found her to be so personable. After we moved in I had a question about our well and she was able to get me answers fast. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Horner returned to the property during the inspection March 4, 2021 6:37 am

In response to Mr. Horner’s review. The attached pictures will depict the severe decay of the septic tank and dosing tank. The pictures also reflect the lid being cracked prior to the inspection. Mr. Trimmer is Pennsylvania Septic Management Association certified and also one of their educational instructors. Since there was unsatisfactory conditions with the septic system, PSMA standards state the septic tank does not get pumped. Mr. Horner returned to the property during the inspection and was shown exactly what the problems were with the septic system which are documented in the narrative report. No where in the report did Mr. Trimmer state the septic tank was 40 years old as the house was only built in 1994.
