We are first time home buyers. With that, comes a great deal of fear and anxiety. Lucas and Brian were fantastic. The inspection was incredibly detailed and thorough. They didnt miss a single thing. At the end of inspection Brian gave us a wonderful summary walkthrough and education about the home. The final report was very detailed, thorough, and timely. They have been very busy lately with the booking market. The stayed up until 130am to get the report finalized and emailed over so deadlines could be met. Thank you guys.

If you are serious about a home inspection you’ve met your team. Lucas and his team are highly dedicated to serving their customers. They spent a couple of hours going through the inspection and finding all the little things. I’ve worked with many inspectors and they are the best. Some inspectors do their job for the paycheck. They do it because they enjoy the job and care about their customer. Nuf said.

We selected True Home Inspections from a friend’s referral and the notes on Lucas’ construction background for our future fixer-upper home. He responded quickly and was really helpful during the inspection when we had questions about anticipated costs so we could go back to the seller with requests for repair or credit. We also were able to ask general cost questions on staining floors, bathroom, and kitchen upgrades we planned to do. Would definitely recommend him to others.
