Whether a house is over 100 years old or completed last week, they can all benefit from a thorough inspection. I leave nothing to chance when it comes to your home. I am invested in the goals of each of my clients and work hard to make sure you are getting the home that you are looking for.

I am known for getting in, on, and under places that other inspectors shy away from or just can’t get to. These can be the areas where issues hide. You should be knowledgeable about all the issues ahead of time, be they big or small.

She arrived early, was incredibly thorough, very detailed, very knowledgeable, and left no stone unturned. She even went above and beyond, sending out photos to a specialist for our foundation just to double check! She emailed us her lengthy, professional, expert, easy to read report to us the next morning and was happy and available to answer any and all questions. Her report included photos, videos, concise descriptions, and repair suggestions. She also color-coated it so we can quickly determine what needs to be done immediately and what we can do over time. I highly recommend her. She is also very personable.

We were first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what to expect when it came to the inspection. Not only was Amanda beyond thorough, she patiently explained what we didn’t understand (repeatedly and in different ways on some things because it just wasn’t making sense in my brain), and provided her expertise on how to move forward. When she came back to reinspect the work the seller’s contractor did – she gave it to us straight, letting us know the pros and cons, and possible remedies. Her report was also exceptionally thorough, giving us a solid foundation of what future work will be needed.

She was so very easy to schedule with on-line (which was so helpful as we had to work with my tenants schedule during COVID). She communicated over email and text before/during/after the inspection. She let me know when she arrived and when she left. Her report was ready miraculously soon after she went over the house and was SO thorough. The summary was easy to understand with priorities, VERY legible pictures. She also followed up and made sure that we were not left overwhelmed with the amazing amount of information she gave us.
