We are in the process of buying our first home and we knew we needed a good inspection done for any house we chose. If you want a reliable, thorough, and honest house inspection then Steve is your man. We had originally scheduled colleague of his scheduled, but was unable to make it at the last minute and he referred us to Steve . We feel fortunate to have had him do our inspection; he was very knowledgeable and spent time to point out things that were immediate health and safety issues, as well as ‘down the line work’. The report was easy to read and accessible by a web portal. The way it is described is factual with details that can’t be argued. We actually needed him to come back a second time to access an electrical panel that was originally not accessible and Steve was ready and willing to return. Reports were ready the same day. Aside from the excellent work.
