Everything went great. Fast forward and now due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to sell my home. The inspector for the new buyers stated they found mild in my crawl space. I called a contractor and they said $1500 to mitigate the problem. I was upset, angry and confused why my inspector did not call out this issue as a picture was taken of it. I called True Vision and Tom helped me without hesitation. He sent a mold specialist out to my house in less than 2 hours to test the area for mold at NO COST! Well turns out the area was dirt not mold and I still have my $1500 and the new home owners have peace of mind. Thank you Tom for backing up your company and helping me turn this nightmare into celebration! Great company!

David did our house inspection for us. September 11, 2020 9:01 am

He was on time and got right to work. To say he was thorough is an understatement. He went over the house with a fine tooth comb and found every possible error. He gave very helpful feedback around the house and home ownership. He was patient and communicative. Would highly, highly recommend David!

The team was incredibly thorough, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. We had Ricardo and Dave come out to inspect a home, do a sewage inspection, and radon testing. The reports we received were easy to read, very detailed, and included a ton of photos. They made every effort to inspect the home and made multiple attempts to locate our crawl space. The seller later updated us on the location after the inspection was done, and the team went back out there to inspect it ASAP. I heard some horror stories about inspectors, but they took their time and answered all of our questions – this team definitely goes above and beyond!
